"Improvements Needed in Customer Support"
I purchased a Nusal tens unit from Amazon. The charging port stopped working after just 4 months. After a super lengthy conversation with an online rep (who even asked me to film what was wrong?), I sent over the video and told him, 'either replace it or I'm outta here!' He escalated the issue, and I later received an email confirming they would send a replacement.

I just gotta say how impressed I am with the service I got from Robert. I reached out to MOOKA for assistance with my air purifier since my new puppy, just four weeks old, chewed on the cord. I was a bit lost on what to do, but Robert quickly emailed me with the info he needed. I sent over the pictures he requested and got a prompt response. They’re sending me a replacement for my unit. "This product is a game changer!"
We are totally in love with this item! It was bought for my Nana, who recently had a stroke and lost all movement in her right side. Our physical therapist suggested it, and let me tell you, it’s a mighty little gadget! The EMS settings provide a good amount of stimulation even at less than half the intensity. I wouldn’t even think about cranking it up higher! It’s that effective!! I’m definitely getting one for myself and would suggest it to anyone who might need it! Just make sure to read the manual thoroughly! There are diagrams for where to place it and detailed explanations of how each setting operates.
